For cancellations, we offer the following policy:

If you need to cancel your rental, you must do so at least 48 hours before the event date. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.

If you need to reschedule your rental, you must do so at least 48 hours before the event date. If you reschedule within 48 hours of the event date, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total rental cost.
For refunds, we offer the following policy:

There are no refunds for services rendered. However, if you are unhappy with the photo booth or the service provided, we may offer a discount coupon that can be redeemed for future services.

If the photo booth is damaged or not functioning properly, we will offer a replacement booth at no additional cost.
